Super-light, creamy and quick Cucumber & Dill Dip is star on every plate. It’s a dip that works with anything – fresh veggies, pita breads or lavash. With easy access ingredients, this one perfectly checks the box for convenience and not much prep time is required.
What you’ll need:
1 ½ cup hung curd
¾ cup finely diced cucumber
4 tbsp finely chopped dill
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
freshly ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
How to proceed:
- Season cucumber with salt. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Using a muslin cloth, drain excess water.
- In a deep bowl, add hung curd, finely chopped dill and garlic.
- Add cucumber and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season with freshly ground pepper. Mix gently.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil on top. Keep chilled until served.
